Accentuated: a 6-month leadership programme for ethnically diverse women

Currently, the Auckland programme is in session. Please register your interest for the next programme in Auckland, or consider the programmes in Tauranga and Wellington this September!

If you have ever experienced feeling unsure about your identity as a woman of colour in your work, Suki Xiao’s leadership course Accentuated is for you.

As an ethnically diverse woman herself, Suki understands the dual challenges faced on the intersection between gender and culture. She also knows how it feels to be the only non-Pakeha woman in leadership positions.

Suki has cultivated a 6-month programme of group and peer coaching, which will help you to:

  • Define your authentic leadership and purpose, explore what makes you unique as a leader, and understand how your cultural backgrounds are an asset

  • Cultivate a confident mindset so that you are no longer battling with the imposter syndrome or any minimising self-talks and work habits

  • Shine brighter by learning to communicate your value clearly, influence fearlessly and handle stereotyping and racism

  • Expand your network and lead by example to build up the next generation of diverse leaders.

Accentuated is currently running in Auckland, and is set to launch in Tauranga and Wellington this September.

There are also scholarships available... time to shoulder-tap a woman you know?
